What’s the difference between ready-to-ship and custom orders?
• In-stock items: Ready to ship immediately (usually same or next business day).
• Custom orders: Made specifically for you. Production and delivery typically take 2–3 weeks.
Do you make prescription glasses?
Yes! I customize prescription glasses with your exact lens prescription. Just provide your details during checkout or email them to me.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will my order take?
• In-stock sunglasses ship right away.
• Custom sunglasses or prescription glasses take 2–3 weeks to make and deliver.
I’ll keep you updated with tracking once your order ships.
What shipping options do you offer?
I offer standard shipping through the US and Internationally. Expedited options may be available — just ask!
Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
What is your return/refund policy?
Because every pair is custom-made, there are no refunds. However, if you’re not satisfied, I offer store credit for future purchases. Please contact me at charmedcrowns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production usually begins quickly.
